Labour law is becoming an increasingly complex branch of law. We offer advice to workers, managements and resource departments in the field of labour law, work relations and the rights and obligations of employers and employees, as expert assistance is needed prior to the onset of any potential labour disputes. Labour legislation requires excellent knowledge and understanding of the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the proceedings.

We offer advice to employers and employees when concluding and terminating employment contracts, drawing up employment contracts, individual employment contracts and general acts, as well as represent clients in proceedings of employment termination, the dismissal of greater numbers of workers, determining disciplinary responsibility, negotiations with trade unions and in legal proceedings before labour courts and other state bodies. If necessary, we obtain the appropriate permits.
